About the event
You may be well aware that more and more countries have already established hydrogen programs to use hydrogen as a core part of their transition strategies. As governments will submit their revised National Contributions (NDCs), in order to meet the 2030 and beyond goals, before COP26, hydrogen will be crucial. Further, in the Lok Sabha during the Union Budget 2021-22, an announcement of the 'Hydrogen Energy Mission' has been made by the Government of India to explore the new avenues.
Keeping in view of the above, the Engg Activity Committee & Innovation & Incubation Centre, under the aegis of the Renewable Energy Society of India (RESI), is going to organize a Technical Session on "Hydrogen: Lightweight of periodic table plays big role in life on Earth” to explore the role of hydrogen in life on earth including in the Net-Zero transition. From storage to energy production to the grid and the gas network, there are many ways in which hydrogen can provide vital solutions to issues faced as part of the Energy Transition.
Therefore, you are cordially invited to attend the session on February 20, 2020, at 11:30 Hrs to 12.30 Hrs (India Standard Time). Registration & Event is FREE for all and all registered participants will be eligible to get e-certificate on submission of feedback form.
